M60 Champ

This 60 minute workout is all about community, supporting each other, and finishing like a Champ. The Champ is a great mix of the Undefeated and Strong workouts. With two circuits in total, you will complete 10 rounds of boxing + 6 rounds of fitness. Don’t worry, Circuit Two only has you at each station for 90 seconds. You will leave inspired and feeling very accomplished. Did we mention the core blast at the end? Train like a Champ.
